Deadline
is the 20th of each month. Winners announced by midnight on the
23rd.
December conest will be shorter due to the fact that the Miss
Overall Starshine is held at the end of every year.
Anyone who enters the monthly Starshine pageant during the
course of the year may enter the Miss Overall Starshine Pageant.
Please be patient with the posting of photos, I will get them
posted usually within one business day of being received :)
Submit 3 photos to missamericanstarshine@yahoo.com and fill out the form
below.

screen.
*If you prefer to mail your payment please send to : Terry Sauceda, PO Box 1073, Van Buren, MO 63965. Checks will be held until cleared before prizes will be shipped. Checks/Money Orders must arrive before the deadline or your entry will be moved to the next month's contest. Also, contestants photos will not be posted until entry fee has been received.
The fine print:

First and foremost, Starshine Pageants are for fun! Absolutely no
bashing of my family, judges, or other contestants allowed.
This will result in disqulaification/banishment from any
Starshine Pageant.
~ Winners will be determined by a panel of qualified judges. Judges decisions are final.
~ All contestants under the age of 18 must have consent from a legal guardian to participate.
~ All fees submitted are non-refundable.
~
All entry materials must be submitted and received before the
deadline. If they are late they will be considered part of the
next months' pageant.
Entrants photos will not be posted until payment is received.
~ Prizes will go out approximately 3-4 weeks after the winners are announced. Due to the use of outside vendors, please allow several weeks for your prizes to arrive. We cannot be responsible for damage due to mishandled mail. We will ship your prizes insured.

Winners grant Starshine Productions the right to use their image
for promotional purposes.
We do encourage winners to promote their titles by making
appearances in queen attire, but we do ask that queens contact us
for pre-approval before making said appearances.

Scoring: Judging will be based on a score of 1-10. Judges will be
looking at overall first impression and personality, for a total
possible 20 points.
Judges scores will be combined and averaged for a final score.
All ties will be broken.
