Judges decisions are final
All photos will be posted the day after the deadline
Winners will be posted by midnight of the 20th of month unless stated differently on the home page
Winners must claim all prizes within two weeks of the winners being announced
Shining Star Supeme winner may not enter her winning photo the next month. She must use a different photo
Contestant photos must have been taken within the past year
Winners grant Starshine Beauty the right to use their photo for promotional purposes
Star Awards are considered "Director's Choice" Awards
Director reserves the right to extend contest if there are less than 10 Grand Contestsants
The 7+ age group may be split depending upon the number of entries received
If claiming a discount from another contest, only one discount per person will be accepted
